Last updated: 3 October 2026

Our commitment

Option To VAT Limited, trading as OneSixth, wants as many people as possible to be able to use the OneSixth website and application. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA across the OneSixth website and application.

Compliance status

The OneSixth website and application are fully compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA.

How we tested

We carried out an accessibility audit in October 2026 using automated checks and manual testing. The audit covered:

  • colour contrast, including form control boundaries
  • labels and accessible names for fields, buttons and menus
  • descriptive page titles
  • keyboard access to all interactive elements
  • reflow at a 320px-wide screen without sideways scrolling
  • zoom to 200%
  • text spacing
  • respecting reduced-motion settings

We fixed the issues found in that audit.

Feedback and contact

If you find an accessibility problem or need information in a different format, email help@onesixth.app. We aim to reply within 5 working days.

In Great Britain, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing equality law. If you are not happy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
